The summon leveling system seems to be similar to Lineage 2 from what I've read. At certain level you'll be able to learn the skill XX Summon Lv.1, which enables the summon. Then a few levels later you get to learn the skill XX Summon Lv.2, which is basically an upgrade.

some summons take a book as shilline said but apparently u can just buy it so meh

There's quite a bit of room for expanding upon summons, so I wouldn't worry yet. We may see more amazing stuff to come @(^_^)@

i just had a light bulb moment for raiding and grouping that could help the spirit master

what if when in a group you could select the tank to cast you pet buffs on and just let your pet dps normally so that way you increase the tanks dps and threat and you would be wanted by raids and groups allot more, you could even extend this to the other classes wile in a group as well, it would basicly secure a spot for spirit masters in every group

Yes but i think the buffs may be more cast through a link the Spiritmaster has to elements and in specific to their summoned creatures. But people always want a debuffed opponent... its key to any group lol.

i know that its on on elementals now but it would be nice if in a part or a raid you could just apply it to a certain character so we would be more wanted in pve

in each circle there is a stat (the buff) and then it shows which elements are superior to eachother... that just gave me an idea along the lines that each elemental gets an aura that buffs its specific role

Fire = increases damage dealt / reactive buff that dose a small amount of damage back upon receiving damage
Air = increases chance to hit / increases chance to avoid being hit / Increases movement speed slightly
Water = Increases mana regeneration / healing done (or received) / increases maximum mana
Earth = increases maximum health / reduces damage taken / increases chance to avoid damage and stun/knock back effects

or something along those lines...

They actually do have that skill, called something like Elemental Force, that does something different depending on the summon you have active.

I'm pretty sure we'll get more summons too, especially when expansions come around. But what will they use? I doubt they'll use Dark/Light as a couple people have said, and for some reason I can't think of any others that don't fall into one of those 4 categories. Wood and Metal both come from Earth, so those are ruled out.

i remember someone posting like dust (earth+air), clay (water+earth), steam (fire+air)... etc. ill try to find it and quote it to here
