Wait Spiritmasters Can't Use Books?

i believe it to be true... at least as true as sorcerers being unable to wield orbs

SMs use orbs...never seen a book in there hands tho.

look in the Wiki, spiritmasters can use staffs, and sorcerers can use books. Both classes can use orbs.

I just checked the wiki and these are the definitions i saw...

The Tome(official name still unknown) is a weapon used for the School of Mages, in particular, the Wizard class.

The Orbs (unfinalized name) is a weapon used for the School of Mages, particularly the Sorcerors, but Spiritmasters can use them as well.

The Staff(This name is not finalized yet) is a weapon used for the School of Mages.

This makes me think:
Sorcerer = Tome, Orb, Staff
Spiritmaster = Orb, Staff

Those are really old information, and isn't very accurate now.

Books are the basic mage weapons. Both sorcerer and spiritmaster will be able to equip them.
Orbs are specifically for spiritmasters.

Staves are advanced priest weapons. Both clerics and chanters will be able to equip them, but only chanters get staff related skills (Clerics continue to use one handed hammers as priests).

I like orbs the best, hope you can get effective use out of it with either Sorrcerer and Spirit Master, though I'm not even intending to play those classes.

I think orbs would be the funnest to use, considering as far as I know only Spiritmasters can use them. ;D

I was actually thinking that as I posted it :3

I had heard before that spiritmasters were the only ones to use orbs. but I trused in the wiki too much. ^^

sorcerers use orbs too, they use all magical equipment. Spiritmasters only orbs and staves. Staves give more physical defense in the way of parrying im guessing. Orbs are for grter damage. And im not sure abt books but i guess thats a balance.

would be fun to see a spiritmaster searching in his/her book for infos regarding why his/her summon got crazy and is threatening his/her life

,that's why i am gonna be a gladiator there is nothing more loyal than your own blade ! (until someone uses it against you)

Lucio the Mage class in its entirety does not use staves. Staves are only for the Priest Class in its entirety. Sorcers and Spirit masters can both use tomes while Spiritmasters are the only to use ORBS.

Orbs=Spirit master only

Tomes=Spirit master and Sorcerer

Staves=Chanter main weapon but also usable by Priests.
