Still no update on where else the Water 2 book drops other than the Temple? Also what about Wind 3, only on elyos side? Seems a bit off..

Winds drop from beasts around the level of the book and waters drop from water spirits around the level of the book.

Wind Spirit IV books drop from lv 50 Foul Wind Spirits in Theobomos (Elyos). Additionally, lv 47 skill manuals for any class can be obtained from Calydons at random.

Water Spirits that are by the Anair Ice Lake drop the Water Spirit book as well. I got it off the small one. This is for the Asmodian side.

cant find any info on this drop.

I think the Water Spirit III elyos side drops from one of the spirits along Stenon Bay in NE Herion but I have yet to actually get one to drop as proof.

Water Spirit I also drops from the Aqueous Spirits in the same area. That's what mine dropped from.

Its super easy to farm the water room instance half the mobs arent even aggro mobs. id recommended it for farming /lvl grinding for around lvl 29-30.

Wind Spirit IV (level 47) - Foul Wind Spirits (level 50) in Theobomos

I checked the location of this monster on Aionarmory.com but when I looked for the monsters I could not find one way to get on that cliff...

You should jump off the semi-ruined bridge, then glide down and land at the Gust Valley entrance. There's a lv 47 quest there. So, I was farming those mobs in China and got a couple of Wind Spirit IV books.

Confirmed Drop from the ICE Water guys in Beluslan. 7th kill in and got a Water Spirit III
