I'm happy with the ability to yank people out of the air. A flying pet would still be cool, but I'm fine with how it is.

Spirit masters are sounding extremely bland.......

Sorcs are still looking alot better and i wish that wasnt true.

I wanted the SM to be be a really fun class but its just sounding like a Lock from Wow.....
but the Grounding spell is interesting i guess.

Exactly what I was thinking.

If these Air Killing skills are any good you'll just have your pet wait them up on the ground while you slam em down. Since they'll be attacked by your pet you have the chance to nuke em even more from the air.

You all have to remember that there will be limits on how far the grounding spell can reach. Not only that... but I doubt its going to be a fast recharging spell mainly for the OP part of it.

It isn't overpowered. Your elemental is THE source of damage. And those elementals can't fly. So if you can't use that spell frequently the class is broken and nerfed to death.

I'm not saying the class overall is overpowered. I'm saying being able to pull constant enemies out of the sky as quick as you can sneeze is what makes it over powered. I'm willing to bet that the power in question will not have a recharge time shorter than 30 seconds and will have a restriction on how far it can reach. In my beliefs, if it recharged quicker, the class would be overpowered.

Maybe if you can level the spell up, upgrade it or something... maybe the recharge time will decrease and/or the distance will increase. Maybe.

It could have also been a bug, Milena, where your pet's casting bar didn't show up, or as Aggelos suggested, your were probably lower level, and didn't have as a powerful pet. Our pets being the only in the game, will probably take some time getting used to, as both the testers of beta and the developers find out what works best. I just found out though this thread that we get a rooting ability that keeps air combat down! That is so cool! I'm excited about that Is it possible that our water pet, having such a high range, can reach an air-born target?
