I like the tempest spirit more because it really gives the impression of wind + water. In game you can see the wind spinning around her and the water around her head. The magma spriit looks like a fire spirit on steroids, and really doesn't have the earth spirit's presence. Comparing earth and fire spirits you can see that the magma spirit looks much more like the fire spirit, while the tempest has a pretty equal mix. That's why I like the tempest spirit a little more, although I think they're both cool and I wish both races got them!

I voted for Magma but both are incredibly beautiful. Tempest reminds me of Final Fantasy. Was a hard decision and from the votes, I think they did a great job with both (by this time, magma 73 x tempest 71, tecnically even)

And I take this opportunity to ask you this question : Does the magma/tempest spirit can be buff by [Spirit Armor of Darkness/light] and [Armor Spirit] ?

Yes, they can be buffed. Every rule that applies to our normal spirits applies to them. Everything but the cost, of course.

Think of them as prostitutes. You pay 2000 DP, they stick around for 20 minutes until you either cough up more or they move to the next customer. During that time, however, you can enjoy the various nice tricks they have (and it won't even cost you extra!). Tempest even looks like one.

I have to go with Magma, the Tempest spirit actually looks pretty silly to me.

Can't wait for my SM alt that has now become my main to get levelled up so I can use that bad-boy! 31 atm though, so a long way to go yet.
