I think SMs really are the best class for griefing.
It's so fun to find a mob a party is focusing on and fear it into a pack of socials. Dumb melees will stay on it and die almost instantly! Then the mobs go on to the healer because he's dumb for healing the dumb melees. You can also put your servants on the mobs they're CCing. I'd love to see the look on a sorc's face when his CC keeps breaking and he can't figure out why.__________________

If we were accepted as either the CC class or another DPS, fine. But nobody takes SMs to groups. Therefore, it's easier for us to spend 3 minutes per elite mob than spend 3 hours trying to get into a group. So, gth. __________________ ![]() |

To all the SMs complaining about not being wanted in groups: Make your own parties. I've never had issues with finding people to join my parties, except at bad times of day when everyone is asleep/working. No one complains about your damage either, when you use Blessing of Fire and Spirit Wall of Protection. Everyone absolutely fawns over you when you save the group from a wipe by using Fear Shriek when someone messes up and pulls 6 mobs, heh. In the end, I've only heard good things about SMs in groups.

Most people don't expect an SM to pump out super high DPS. They usually want the SM to make up for some deficit or other that the group might have. For example, a Gladiator tank might want a Spiritmaster in the group, because regaining hate from CCed mobs is more difficult than for a Templar. Blessing of Fire for melee heavy parties is also quite nice.
I don't know about anyone else, but one of the main reasons that I chose Spiritmaster was to abuse AI mechanics to grief others. |

Enmity Swap is delicious for grieving people trying to KS or tap my elite kiting.
Dump agg to pet, (stop all attacks) let pet die, mob aggs to nyerk, nyerk dies, root, resummon pet, resume kiting. I don't keep it slotted recently, but lol. Only viable use I've found for it lol. |

Also, if we can kite and handle 1-2 mobs there solo, and their whole GROUP can't handle an add, you better find another group. Z __________________ The Order of the Silver Hand Founded: 1999 in Asheron's Call Join us for the NEXT Ten Years! |
