An open letter to SMs.

Kaiden HQ is not solo content. It is group content. If you are not in a group, do not kite mobs to death, GET A GROUP OR GET OUT.

While attempting to get Warrior's marks last night, my group was trained by multiple SMs who were soloing elites without any regard for where the 2 extra elites in their pull went when they leashed. Not only were they unaware that the mobs could leash on other groups, they refused to even acknowledge that their actions were harmful or change what they were doing.

I know some SMs are respectful of other groups when kiting, but the bulk of SMs need to understand that when you train groups, you wipe them and cost them a boatload of kinah.

And none of us care... Neither do rangers, sorcs or glads with a bow (yes I've seen bow glads solo elites in Kaidan).

Q_Q much? I can understand being mad if they somehow link mobs onto your group's. Otherwise you've got no business laying down rules that only groups can fight kaidan mobs :P

I remember when a group stopped attacking their mob where I was kiting and it eventually aggro'd onto me, I died ofc. But I had much fun when I dragged 2 healers through the group and got them killed.

Really though, it's the healer mobs, for some reason the reset range on them is like double then anything else down there, that's what people don't realize, that's what causes the trains.

It's especially bad when they decide to stop and dispell sleep/tree/root.

Move off to the side a bit. I try to be considerate when I'm kiting elites with other parties near by, but people love to stand in the middle of a god damn choke point spamming heal. I can't not pull a mob off someone when he or she are spamming heals. I haven't been to Elyos land Elites, but that's what I experienced with Asmodian elites.... Thank god I got far far away from that area before the majority of the server got there.

It's kind of hard to find a random group for SM these days. And soloing in Kaidan HQ is 3-5 times faster to get those molars than in a random group. And just as MooMooCow said, most people don't know how to deal with aggro and prefer staying in the middle of spot, spamming skills like crazy and wondering why every nearby mob rushes to them.
