So i wonder if this Stone only trigger effect by using standard orb/tome attacks, or can it "proc" of using spells as well ?

Have not checked what that stone does.
But Godstones procs from all casted spells. It cant proc from tics off dots, but from all abilities used.

Not sure of Pet Commands however......interested to know that though.
I have not used GodStones for that reason, but end game gear will include it.

there is no godstone trigger from pet commands

Proc is a 8 sec silence with a 5% trigger effect, can anyone confirm that they have had godstones proc of casted spells

Godstones do not trigger from Pet Commands and Servant Hits. Those two are technically not your hits. Same goes for the DoTs. The only thing that's counted yours is the initial hit, the first one. The rest is just an affect from the DoT. But they can trigger from everything else, from Fear, through Weaken Spirit, all the way to Root of Enervation.

You can test it with Blessing of Fire. Ignite Aether doesn't count, even if it deals damage.
