Just checked our family PC (not my own iMac in my room) and this one has everything for the recommended thing, but 1 thing i don't understand. it sais:

Video Card : NVIDIA 6800 with 256MB RAM / ATI Radeon x800 with 256MB or higher

but my vid card is: ATI Radeon 2100.

ok wtf is ATI Radeon 2100!??! is it enough? lol x.X

A lot of you people will have no problem running Aion, but you're probably going to be in the 30 fps range.

It's kind of tragic how many people I see with totally fine CPUs, but these weak-*** video cards from 2-3 years ago. Do yourself a favor and save up about $180 - $200 bucks this summer for a video card upgrade.
CryEngine goes nuts on a recent card, something from the Dx10 generation of cards - like ANY card in the GeForce GTX xxx series. You'll weep at the smoothness.

And seriously forget about 1 GB. Try hard to forget about 2 GB as well (depending on if you're 32 or 64-bit).
Aion is absolutely in love with 4 GB. It's less system intensive than games like Vanguard and Age of Conan, but like them, Aion adores 4 GB of RAM. Goes from smooth to butter. C'mon people, most MMO devs will tell you themselves that the 'true' min spec for recent MMOs is 2 GB and up. These games eat RAM for lunch, with so much swapping of assets.

A video card with 896mb of RAM or better is also highly recommended. So many things you take for granted are being processed as shader functions in the video card, and that extra memory gives you a huge frame buffer to work with.

Play Aion at 60 fps or better! It's stunning. Don't just shrug and settle for 30 fps on your old WoW-playing, circa 2004 computer. Upgrade or fade.

I play WoW with the highest vid options on my mac. I have 89 fps and 20 ms latency (which is very nice), but thats useless now lol. Don't start about bootcamp, it's retarded.

I'm having problem and my computer freeze as soon as I login and get to the charcter screen,I mean I can't even turn it off which means I have to switch of the PSU to turnt it off which is annoying. I think its my computer and will get new one in sept which means I wont play the game till release

No idea what parallels is, but isn't Aion only for Windows XP/Vista?

Mine runs ok. Everything maxed except resolution which is only 1366x768 as on my hdtv, looks great though. FPS do vary quite a bit though. Get anywhere from roughly 28-60 FPS. My spec...

Core 2 duo E6600
3.5 gig OCZ DDR2 RAM
Geforce 8800 GTX
Windows XP Pro

Il build a new PC end of next year maybe.

Laptop just died, all i got atm is a back up old desktop

2.53ghz P4
512 ddr2 ram
64mb gforce mx 420

well under the Sys Req... but anyone have any ideas if i can drop it down to lowest and run it? Untill I can get a PC upgrade at least...

Just put WoW on this old dell a few days ago, runs ok on lowest settings, i know Aion has better graphics but... hmm anyone know?

Pretty sure you will want at least 1-2GB more RAM - luckily, memory is cheap.

Sorry to say, but I don't know much on graphics cards.
