Hey guys, I tried the stuff with downloading the patches directly.
I downloaded all of them and it did solve some of my issues.
I no longer get corrupted download, but the main issue remains.

The launcher is still reseting the download once it reaches 100%/ finishes one file.
By downloading the patches directly I went from it reseting on the first file (1/3) to the last (3/3)
the last file is Aion_EU_ENU_0.5.0.0To1.0.0.0.ncpatch as far as it seems at least.

Even if put it in the Aion folder AND copying it twice, renaming one to the NA version, it will still reset it - deleting the file in the process and starting to download a new one.
if i let it download a new one it will just do it again and again etc.

I did try to download a new Ncsoft launcher - but that didn't solve it neither.

Any suggestions ?

i have the same issue but if i download the patches directly my client wont install them, it would redownload and when it gets to the end of the first part it resets.

3.When I load Aion I get a black screen, the message "out of range", or something similar.
If it appears that the game is loading in a resolution your video card or monitor drivers do not support, please try the following:
1. Right-click here and choose "Save Target As..."
2. Save this file to the root of your game installation folder. Should be C:\Program Files\NCsoft\Aion or C:\Program Files\NCsoft\Aion
3. You may get a warning to replace the file that already exists. Choose yes, to replace the existing file.

This will make the game load at the 800x600 resolution. Once in-game you can change the resolution to anything you wish.

Everything is Ok but there is nothing to save, at least i can't see anything.
Any tips how and what to edit to change that screen resolution ?

well once you gte to playing set it to a resolution that your computer can handle.

Could you please help me whenever I open Aion everything is black I have no pictures and when I try to log on the character I made (can't see customization page or anything on it or able to see my mouse) it just does the weird Trailer for the game then when it's done my screen just flashes and Nothing happens (can't see anything either). PLEASE JUST HELP ME T_T I have posted on the technical forums various times but NO ONE helps me!

For Number 6 I get the same amount of Time Outs each time for each IP. :/

id use the second one. it worked the best for me.

I tred number 6 and now it says when I try to open AION "cannot connect to authentication server", I did exactly what you said

Did number 6 and found that my best ip was the one I was already using. My ping goes from around 130-250 while I'm playing, but I get occasional lag spikes and text delays on quests.

I have run a hardware check through canyourunit and I have well above spec on in every department. Have tried adjusting graphics, turning weather off etc. My spikes aren't major but I do get them during combat (1-2 seconds) and this will be fatal later on in the game.

hmm go to the driver sweeper one and follow it.

also make sure your drivers are updated.

How will I know which drivers arent meant to be there?

I think my problem must be connection because I am getting around 25 fps in towns and up to 60 outside them.

Typically gameplay is fine sans the occasional rubberbanding, but combat lag affects me for anything up to 2-3 seconds, so it can be dangerous. Also some quests have lag when clicking.

Have tried doing tracert and my best result is the IP I'm already using. Have run tests on canyourun it and I'm well above spec, and I have looked over my pc with belarc just in case, and nowt appears to be missing.

Ping is generally 150-250.

well if you have a Nvidia card and it shows ATI drivers and vise verse.

also if you want just remove all graphics drivers and re install the correct drivers for you GPU.
