Hmm IIRC:

400 Crit = Recommended for PvP
1800 Block = Recommended for PvE

Add Strike of Chastisement ; and then from chain Shield Charge etc

And to the above : 1800 is also awesome in pvp, getting over 2k is godlike since most of the people don't even have that much accuracy.
As for the crit rate, yes 400 seems ok in pvp , in pve get at least 300 or you'll loose aggro to decent sorc/sin's

like i post in another threat why to go 400 crit when 310 is enough if u buy or do alchimy stuff and make yourself 90+ phy critical increase scrools? and there u have your 400..
At least this i will do from now on is better for myself and in others slots i will replace my phy crit stones whit some AP or shield block/shield defense..

Actually with one block I can use both (I have only 2 for now). It surprising, but it's possible if you spam the first immediately when blocking and the second immediately when the first is finished. I did that way all yesterday afternoon/night.

There are 4 reactive shield skills + a 5th as end of combo, so you'll need 2 attempts to use them all.

i can go for all 3 in 1 block ( counter,blow,chasisment,) shiled charge is an "sometimes"skill

From what I have read just here and what I have experienced in game I do not think there is going to be as many templars as one might think, mainly due to the fact that with the except of small group/1v1 PVP, Mass pvp, again with the expection of seiges, templars wont be viewed as "fun" by players as other classes. So 1+1=2 and not as many people will roll a templar after a while as say a sorcerer. Then again this is part conjecture part experience in both AION and other MMO's, so we will see
