Most stupid argument ever xD
Sabre, you told something like "I'll use a 2handed for more DPS", he told that not necessarily a 2handed will do more DPS. And now you both are saying we need to wait and see and we all agree. So your discussion is pointless. End.

Yes, if you go back and read you'll see we're talking about other builds than a Shield/Sword combo, in which case it's common sense that a more offensive build such as Dual Wielding or a 2-Hander will outdamage a 1-Hander and a defensive item such as a Shield. Hence why I said I'd use it for farming/fun.
When I say his argument is pointless because no one can back it, it's in response to his discussion on the highest DPS build |

Well, he's right. Not necessarily a 2 hander will do more DPS. It's not common sense as some games have proved otherwise. We have to wait and see the game mechanics.

About Templar - his Long Sword mastery is rly confusing. It doesnt sound like classic L2 tank. If it gona work correctly - two-hander may be good idea if we stick to PVE ofc. And if in particular moment u need shield just for stun/confus, not for protection - u may switch between 2 sets. And coz Templar dont have masteries for bow (or dual) - long sword will be better. So Sabre may be right. Guts also After all: +1 to Aggelos. |

Can we all just be friends here templar to templar... now then thats over with, i think it would be pretty impossible for templar knights who do sword play and trickery skills to fight, and then use two giants swords which i really cant imagine holding sword either as big or bigger than my body. I can picture a gladiator but knight a templar knight.
