I got an idea on my mind: Why not create subforums for the respective AWT positions?
That would shorten the communication between more members and would keep the forum nice and clean

Oh boy, this will be increasingly difficult. Does the usergroup give you a list of current members? Try comparing it with the list here and see who isn't added already. That's the only method I can think of, haha.
