Haubix told me the he read that the Dev's will be reworking on the skills,since i am working currently on translating skills ,(i am finished with the gladiator,templar and assassin) shall i continue with the other classes or wait till they post something new ?

yeah, i too think (even if it would be a great thing to translate the current ones) its useless to translate them, id only start to do that during open beta. Skills will be added, modified, deleted, its only worth that much effort if you really have nothing else to do.

I would vote for a later start on that, but since lotsa fans are curious about the current ones too, its a thing the translator himself should decide, whether he wants to spend time with it or not.

But if you still want to continue, i can help you with the chanter since i got that in my lang.

Hmm... I suggest you translate the skills that we do not have. For example, do not translate the Assassin skills because I believe we are done with it, if I remember correctly.

Well, then we translate them so that people will get an idea of how the class works.

Specificaly the assassins skill that i have translated are so much that there is no difference to not translate 20 skills

If anyone is translating the rest of the skill lists of the various classes and wants another reference, I have a translated skill list for all the classes based on CBT1 and 2 data that I will release for wiki team personnel. I'm not releasing it to the public for the moment due to certain editing on my part that come across as subjective. Please PM me for the website address. Thanks.

Also, are there any articles in Chinese that anyone would like me to translate? Else, I will start working on some that I have found if I don't see the info up here yet.

Lastly, I'm not too familiar with the coding for the wiki. Would it be suitable for me to post the translated stuff here or on the public forums, like I posted my previous translations?

i am currently working on a more detailed version of the professions which will be finished in the next couple of days , i have finished working on an article about the pvp and its relation with the abyss and things like that.(i am telling you that in order to avoid that several people are working on the same topic)

Thanks a lot for the update! Fortunately I'm not doing either. I just completed one of the seven themes of the Abyss, which I'm going to put up here (under the translated stuff section) and I intend to work on pages about the 4 different locales that are known for each race (Capital, Early/Intermediate/Late Level Areas) as well as the updated skill lists (which are not out yet, both Korean and Chinese) over the next 1-2 months.

What sources are you using for that? Because crafting became really different since cbt1, and we dont really have new articles and infos regarding the new crafting system. So if you're working with cbt1 materials, you should drop this project or at least wait with it till further infos, so you can spare some time.

Yes, with Open Beta coming up, I would hold back our updates on informational articles. Closed Betas are often very experimental, while a majority of OB content is likely to appear in the final release.

there is no information given about which cbt they are talking....i think hellriser has already put some of the translations in the wiki...if they are wrong just delete them ^_^

If I remind this correct, it would be CBT1/2, most likely CBT1

Ive got 8 korean reviews of cbt3, passed them over to jamie, but its truly a huge amount of long articles, if anyone wanna do one, tell me
