Armory should soon be updated for 3.5, but it contained something that wasn't in any of the current 3.5 notes. Ninja armor! And it turns out that the armor is new and exclusive to NA only.

With the 3.5 patch, NA Aion is also announcing something never before done in Aion - exclusive NA content. Designed specifically for the NA market (i.e. they're not available in Korea at all), on October 17th, 2013 get ready for ninja themed gear. The gear includes both outfit skins as well as weapons.

Always wanted your SM orb to look like a shuriken? Well, now you can with the new weapon skins that will be sold on the Black Cloud Marketplace. If you're liking this custom content, then be sure to stop over and buy a bit, so that we will hopefully see more in the future.
