Just as the title says, if you killed a GM what could you imagine them dropping? I think a stigma of some sort would drop.

All enemies within 60m run away in fear and have their movement speed decreased,
while suffering 30,000 damage every 3 seconds. Has a 1 second cooldown.

GMs would probably drop a lodas amulet and 392 kinah. Why 392? Because the RNG said so.

It would also be 1 lodas amulet because they don't stack and they want you to use up more inventory/warehouse space.
