So, what do NCSoft classify as a bot or a 3th party program?
Let's say, it's an UI mod that makes everything look better and simplifies some parts, but doesn't '' automaticly '' control your character, is that legal or not?
Not sure where the line goes :/

Lets see : UI that makes all look better , well you can't make it look better then game itself is made . So basicaly your UI is VideoCard ... and thats legal.
In my view 3rd party programs is all that allows you do/see things not available by default.

There was never a grind, you pussies need to goto Hello Kitty Online, because if you're complaining about Aion, then even WoW is too hardcore for you.

At this point, you should consider anything Aion-related that isn't just Aion could be potentially deemed not allowed. Normally, this would fall under any programs that give a player access to something other players do not have - i.e. botting programs, etc.
But NCsoft purposefully did not allow UI modification the same way other games allow it, via LUA/scripting. So there are no "mods" in that category. NCsoft strictly prohibits altering their game files in any way, no matter how small or inconsequential it is, which would be required I'd assume for the type of UI modification you are seeking.
While they are definitely more focused on the big naughty programs, at this point, we can't tell you that anything else is "allowed", because NCsoft has basically said nothing else is allowed. So while the chances of your account being actioned for changing your files for a UI modification might be low, you'd still be technically breaking the EULA/ToS, so you do it at your own risk.
