There is no basic guide to just a warrior but you should check out the stickies at the top of the forum in the glad and temp section as they can tell you a basic overview of each class. Also check out some videos on pvp for both classes to get a sense of what they're like in pvp and in pve the templar is the tank that's all the do and they do a pretty good job of it but other classes can do it just as well if not better. Glads are one of those classes as they are normally dps but can tank and do a fairly good job of it and are usually better when tanking multiple mobs especially without any form of cc. But check out the forums and video to find the class that suits you better and stick with it. Your first choice is usually the correct one, so don't let others sway your interest as if you go with what others are forcing you to do you won't have as much playing the game
