It's really easy. In the large room that comes before Queen Mosqua there is a small, circular disc on the wall, click it and your done.

I looked for it after I killed the Queen, so coming out of her area it's on the right side wall, closer to her area than the other area attached to the room.

where u get wooden core? 51+ quest inside taloc instance or is it outside around the big ass tree hidden in some spot
