It depends on server prices for mats, but I'd guess it's roughly...

Luck: Prototype Greatsword = 250k, 212 Drenium = 400k, 212 charcoal + 100 acid = 500k, 6 Expert Vendor Fluxes = 600k, Pure Drenium Ore = 250k, Pure Maigcal Aether = 250k.

1.35mill fixed price from vendor, 2.25 million per combine.

5.8mill fixed price from vendor, 10.3 million per combine.

Again this is only a rough estimate and could vary greatly depending on server prices of mats.

180K-220K on Israphel Elyos. You can sit and refresh the broker over and over and over again and get them for 100-150K from people trying to get rid of them quick. Been doing this for a while and it has been working great. I got lucky and found someone who sold me a ton for 100K each too!

I'm buying them at 250k on average. Not for much longer, however, as I just reached 497.

Just thought I'd confirm, there's a 24 hour cooldown on the Red Crystal combine. That is, there is both a 24 hour cooldown on buying the red powder and a 24 hour cooldown on the craft itself.

The craft itself has a little clock symbol next to it to show that it has a cooldown, and it has a text timer when you select it saying how long is left on the cooldown. Perhaps not surprisingly, the cooldown text shows up overtop the craft's name in red, so it looks ugly as hell and totally bugged, but what can you do... better than nothing I guess.

Well I guess I should be ahappy to pay "only 150 to 170 k each...sigh this is another stupid decision from NCsoft : the BBS bullnyerk over again....

Crafts were allready barely profitable, now with what we had to invest in the process of leveling it to master, we are never gonna make any profit... (I don't really care about that part but I think it shows again how flawed the system is...)

Doing nothing but farming skins and , by selling the other drops raising each day enough to buy 10 to 15 skins.

That way in a month I should be able to process it all in one go. Should a double week end appear I'd sell half the stash I have (boy I'd love that...)

Johnny, are your skillup numbers from Weaponsmithing or Armorsmithing? I noticed that ours are slightly different, and I was wondering why. Although I think it's weird that different crafts would require different amounts for skillups, I suppose that could explain it.

Also, I'm keeping tabs on how many Red Crystals are needed for skillups, but obviously that's going a lot slower since I can only make one per day. Still, when I do get skillups, I'll post them. Just fyi, I'm at 7 red crystals so far without a skillup.

edit: Just read through the posts again, and I see that you are an armorsmith, so maybe there is a slight difference there. Not much obviously, but yea... weird.

I'll be posting my own numbers in two days max, as if no double week end is announced this wednesday I'll process 530 skins to see if it takes me from 481 to 499 as it should according to the numbers we got here.

I wasn't really thinking about how many crystals it would take to level up but I believe it took 7 blue and 7 white with 1 failed craft to get from 500-501. I will double check when I get on after work today.

Here are my numbers : all was done in one go, I had 25 % ish energy of repose at the start and used a lodas (just in case but it was usless as the numbers show) lodas ran out after an hour when I was at 490.

My numbers are extremely close to those posted here and I saw absolutely no difference once lodas and energy of respose ran out. I allready believed Petpet experiences on that matter, and my numbers give one more evidence they have zero effect in the progression.

I also crafted an additional 21 skins after hitting 499 since I heard that counts toward your next point - and it worked, my first heliotrope crystal put me at 501.

Good idea : as long as you don't get the message : "in order to level up up your skill, you should see the npc" or something like that, it means you are not at max : you are between 499.0 and 499.9 (the game never shows the increments), once you reach 499.999999 you will get the previous message, wich means that the game would have granted you the point, but unfortunately there is a requirement so it doesn't.

If you do this, the very next craft you will do once you have met the requiremement (the completion of the master quest and paying the fee) will grant you the next point.
