And I wanted to hear about pvp from pure's vision of it.
you haven't been reading your own forums that pure posts all over for the last several months?
it's not like he doesn't blog weekly about pvp on his server between claiming the reason no one on those servers can findhim in pvp that actually does happen is because he's been farming x dungeon despite still not being even half decently geared up.

but hey it seems the cool thing these days is to pick out something completely horrible and act like its awesome...i mean look at pear and his beiber.
wow arenas suck dick. and not what i talk about when i refer to pvp in wow at all.
by pvp in wow i bring up i mean world pvp. that's been dead in wow for 5 years or so.
and yet it happens more frequently than in aion.
just to note, for anyone who forgets, my aion sub JUST expired in october.
and unless the few actual pvpers in aion who post on AS are lying, i have a pretty good picture of what happens in aion at levels i didn't get to.
are you going to start modding a server forum you play on snoozle?

no you didin't since guards won't save you from pvp where they are anyway, and you can kill people before they get to guards anyway.
stealth is less op in wow since everyon ehas a chance to detect stealthed players at any given time. and classes that can stealth can't instagib you at 85 anyway.
80 pvp was broken for some classes if the player had max pve or pvp gear, but due to how the math was redone to scale to 85.
once people get to 85 it becomes a far different story in both dungeons and pvp.
even before 85 it's possible to take on larger groups of higher levels or or get killed by the enemy badning together to fight back.
as in there was a group of 83-85 outside of our base the other night and we group up(about even numbers) and killed them.
anyways this was fun and lolzy but it's time for lunc and then an active forum for a bit.

so u were inside your base......could they get inside your base?
and you beat some wow players....THAT is exactly why I won't play it again for any reason
if i wanted to feel like a real man i'd just go ransack a retarded daycare and pummel every waterhead retard in it.

if they wanted to they could come inside our base and kill all the npc's. used to do it all the time in tbc.
also in wow you can't just pop your transform or wings and sprint to the nearest guard station that instagibs the other faction.
and players are harder to kill than mobs so if someone ganks you in wow you turn around and kill them back, instead of getting chain stunned/debuffed by the mob you were already fighting.
i mean seriously, you're comparing aion to wow. as easymode carebear as wow is compared to aion it's a hardcore pvp fest hardmode skill based game.
it's like comparing mw2 to counterstrike.

i never mentioned aion.....theres a reason i dont play it either
same statements could be said about war....which is another horrible game
wo is just the beiber of mmo's......aion is just some weird korean group like the sunshine girls or wtfever they are called.
doesn't make it any better than the other but im not touting for either.
brb imma go watch twilight

As you are aware, pvp does happen in Aion. I'm just curious where Pure thinks it's happening on our server.
Easiest way to get pvp on Siel is to goto Roah. Just start farming Balaur there and
you are almost guaranteed to get one of the opposite faction there.
If you are a lowbie and want it. Go stand by one of the Siel forts and it shows up
or by Redmane Village in Belu and just wait for a Elyo to run by.
Bored 55's are completely screwing it up for Elyos lowbies right now by camping rift
exits.
There is a moderate amount of pvp around the Gelk forts. I am not big on rifting, but
the few times I did go I found some Elyos. If you need a port to the second zone of
Ignisson then pay Dilena 300k and go have fun.

So far, most reasonable response itt.
The penalty of playing WoW is that you have to play with other folks who play WoW. Seriously.

yeah that is sort of the issue with Aion in NA. Everything is so freaking spread out.
If the servers were like 2000 vs 2000 lvl 50+ people, then this would be like a
KR game.
Right now it is more like 500 vs 500 or 1200 vs 500 depending on the times of the day
and noone is able to find each other. I really would have thought NCSoft would have
made WAYYYYYYYYYYY better incentives by now to focus pvp in Silentera

what you quoted is common knowledge and true of any server. i don't know how you didn't know it before.
i don't see how wow players are any worse than aion players. at least they play for more than OMG MY TOON IS SO PURRTY.
as much qq as i've seen in my time in wow, there has been far more in aion in a year of being live in NA.

btw - anybody know a mmo game where you can act as an npc like in Assassin's Creed successfully? I'm really liking their multiplayer and it just seems like it'd work well in something like an MMO game. And no, invis stealth just isn't the same deal - fully blending with the npc's and scenery and then jumping out and attacking would just be fun I think if we could all do it.

there's monster play in lotro.
Monster play in lotro was just blech overall. I'd imagine they took the shrub/bush form out for ranger because of the LARGE NYERKIN RED NAME over your head. Which is one of my problems with modern games in general. Do I need to know everybody's name? Really? Can't you just make the names pop up when they attack me or group with me or they interacting with me in some fashion?
Raaaage!
btw - when you mentioned plants vs. zombies in WoW I went wtf. Game of minigames anybody?
