Several items are now being highlighted in the NCSoft store. They are only available until April 13, 2011 and each item can be applied to one character. It appears that they may be used in multiple item appearance changes. The new items are:

No, these dresses with wings are prize from fashion show. Beside Koreans get this dress on Valentine/White Day event. But it's from event, not 2.5.

I'm little (ok big) disappointed, coz these dress we won in fashion show event, was said to be unique and that they won't be available to others for rather long time :S

Please be aware that the marketing team in charge of the store and the peeps with you at the fashion show are from different NCWest departments. The left hand generally doesn't know what the right hand is doing for whatever reason. They mean right, but they just didn't know.
