Will post a beta within 1-2 days. Not too happy with the UI yet, just playing around checking what looks best and such (yeah UI design isn't really my thing -.-). DPS will finally display in next build, with 2 counters, 1 for average dps (total time/dmg), another for current dps in the last 15 seconds.

Damage graphs/charts still not finished.

You can save/load sessions, but loaded ones won't display dps, just total damage (until a final release). You can also process older log files.

Just ran a nice test between Jackie's 1.7 KDM (previously verified to be with 1% of my lazy mod) and the new rainmeter.

Rainmeter was starting something like 20 or 30 seconds before kdm, but its nice to see such consistency in the long term numbers. The Temporal DPS side of Rainmeter also work liked a charm (the green number not in brackets), saw sorc go up and down on glacial cd XD. Anyways here are the results for top 5 out of 11 for omega tonight.

PS - Poles are better for PVP no question, even better for mobs etc, but for bosses, get yourselves so dw gladis!

Nice, ty for testing :) Current DPS is measured over the last 10 seconds, was debating over 5/10/15/30, 10 seemed like a good spot. Average dps seems a bit glitched in KDM, not sure if it's the last versions or it was always like that.

I'll take ideas for the UI, in its current state it's not very readable :) I'm not using WPF and such, so dont have access to easy fancy stuff on the graphics side.

If you wanna check for missing/unsorted hits, you can find a hidden button in the About window, click it and it will enable debug mode which shows unsorted damage and 2 boxes with damage debug log and raw inputs.

Worked a lot also on the session save/loading parts. Processing an older log file takes quite some time, but once you save in session mode to xml, it's super fast to reload.

what program do i need to view the chat.log file because after applying the code into the launcher, i only find a log.txt. last night i tried to use that and it obviously didnt work, but after logging into aion potting doing damage w/e no Chat.log is generated anywhere.

also,

i noticed when using the link in rainmaker to search for the chat.log, alot of .cfg and .txt files disappear. ive tried to use "show hidden" folders nothing pops up. if it matters my os is home premium vista 64 bit

try making a "system.ovr" file in the root folder of Aion with the following:

g_chatlog = "1"
log_IncludeTime = "1"
log_Verbosity = "1"
log_FileVerbosity = "1"

epic save~ that worked perfectly. a bunch of my buddies from siel wanted to tell you ty so much and job well done :)

um one guy asked me to ask if possible, in a future update if you thought about a method to add a timestamp during parse? or any way to gauge how many attacks (skill and auto) are performed per second.

Ok, I'll do something about it in next build :) still thinking about the overall UI design and such.

I've just added AP calc as you get the relics, so you can check AP amount right after you loot

Uploaded latest build (still shows as 0,5 though) experimenting with the AP tracker, you can download it here if you wanna try while I build next public beta.

it will show the AP in brackets ( ) next to your name (it will update in real time when someone loots a relic or you get some from sacks), and also you can see the loot history in the skills window.

One qusetion... how do you detect group members? Is it automatic or the users has to enter them manually?

I generally dont use DPS meters, but something would be cool to have in my opinion...

Like, if you know that to complete SW HM you need 5 billion damage, it would be cool to calculate at what % of the instance you are based on the current total damage of the group. You could have saved presets for different instances... etc :)

I'm just thinking out loud here :)

I dont check for group members, it registers the damage for anyone in range. I think KDM has an option to restrict to the group, and you can specify who are the group members, and also checks when someone joins. I could add that option, but kinda feel it unnecessary.

Idea about instance %, I like that :) current build has a new meter (not displayed yet) of total overall damage, I will use that next BT run to get approx. instance damage.

How about something like the ACT does, make a way to split the fight down to single mobs, so you can see who did what damage to each mob you are fighting.
