Seems like people will be then able to negate all magic boost assassins can get by just equipping level 60 gear then, making magic boost sin builds totally useless. (Unless they implement magic boost weapons for assas and implement magic boost skills but i doubt that, seeing how all new assa skills are atk damage based).

I just rechecked the kr wiki ( maybe it's not updated ) and I fail to see pvp jewels with that stat ?

Also the armors gives AT BEST (the lv 60 conditionned PvP armor) 225.
+100 from chanter buff
= 325 for epic medal / AP farmer with buff

Oh well, +700 for the templars and their new stigma.


Also, how do you know if we have that stats by enchanting armor ? Sounds great if true o.o

And how long are we talking before everyone gets these new accs/armor? Right now you can 'manage' on outdated gear. Good nyerking luck in 3.0 if you have old gear, you'll get torn a new one. A game shouldnt be that gear dependent.

Agreed, but then devs don't listen to people like me. I'd rather have gear at the top be about looks and the achievements that you've done rather than uber power. Hmz... somebody should start checking to see if the old gear is still the same in 3.0...

if 3.0 comes out at the same time with gw2 we wont need to bother getting the new gearz, besides this so called "balance" will be reached in a patch after that (like 3.1 or 3.5 wtv), that's when ppl will actually own all those shiny-new gearz from 3.0, it's not like: when patch comes; BAM! everyone is full new stuff equip (ok that was somewhat possible in 2.5 but let's hope they wont make same mistake, tho I heard about a fountain where u spam platinum medals to get mithrils )

500 top m. block will be more than enough; if 1000 is achievable then that's just sad... clerics wont be able to kill anyone, fear-whor.es will start qq-ing cause they cant kill ppl during their fear chains ... and Sorc vs Sorc will take hours lol

Ummm multiple sets

With the new arena gear, there will be no excuse for a sorc not to have a full MB set by 3.0

and with multiple CC's, sorcs have one of the easiest jobs switching

By the looks of it, Sorc will be in m.acc set most of the time, if u switch to m.boost to "hit harder" u wont be hitting at all; that's where it gets tricky cause more and more m.resist targets "spawn" each day... gl using m.boost against those

Yeah, it's not as if an estimated drop of 30% damage due to a new stat against mres heros is anything to worry about because sorcs got skills to temporary buff themselves! Oh wait, sorcs aren't the only classes dependent on mboost I heard. At least Clerics got a 5 minute CD buff they can use right?

Unless the new AP 60 gear gets loads of mboost to counter the loss from magic block that is.
