Looks like lots of ppl want the 55 extendable weapon badly.

I find it rather impossible.

Quest needs:

a) Let the opponents cap both forts so Mastarius/Veille spawn

Don't see this happening ever. We spawned Mastarius like 3 times total one being during event with free silentera access

b) Then kill opponent race deity 30 times

Assuming you let them recap the fort so u can cap it right back, it will take 15 days of constant sieging 2 forts

c) Be lucky with the drop rate for Veille's orders. Yeah right.

In terms of manpower about 150 elyos and 150 asmo are needed (both ORGANISED) to cap the forts at a reasonable speed without being messed up by npcs. Another 50 randoms for dred defence to keep silentera open. If elyos and asmo fight each other I would say 300 ppl are needed which does not seem feasible.

Personally I would prefer to wait for ncsoft to nerf the quest rather than trying it out, but if ppl ask for it we can start working. This will also end the drama "OMG NOOBS LET THEM CAP FORT I NEED EXTENDABLE PLOX"

wake up Avriela , on english server will never happen , not even telemachus elyos managed to do it with around 500 + elyos (sorry i dont remember exact number of elyos), but we were more or less half of them and we still managed to keep Mastarius safe for the time needed.

It is not needed to kill Mastarius or Veille. Asmos must bring Veille to 75% and Elyos Mastarius to 75% so the opponents can do the quest.

if mastarius or vielle are the same like before its already hard to drag him at around 50% , they can both 1 shot even really good geared templar.

I simply think is not doable on Spata for both side

I think we should do this. Biggest problem might be doing 25% dmg to masta/ veille but we can see how that goes. Regarding defence tho you dont need 50 ppl to keep your fort. All you need is 1 group to pull and keep commander.

Imo lets give this a try. We got absolutelly nothing to lose.

Keep trusting Avriela... I bet they will want to get the forts first and never return the favour...


Hell no,defend the forts with full force and dont let this pve baddies do something at all...



PS: Not to mention that this fort taking will take at least one month and it's gonna ruin ANY kind of openworld pvp...
PS: Taking one fort every week just so people can get materials,supplements and nyerk is OK... but not more and not for longer than 1 day..
PS: Bakarma glads are OP enough,stop crying. Do this quest in 3.0 when no one will care about Balaurea's forts...

Asmos never gonna get veille down 25%, and face off elyos at the same time. We simply don't have enough people for that.

The only stake here is BT. If you think pvp will be affected u are mistaken. Its zerg fights mostly already we might as well get something out of it. Platinums basically will be compensated by farming late at night or early at morning at your opponents fort. You can get mats for carved weapons. Fractions will be on mass fights most of the time. And thats it. Still you will be able to go kisk inggi or gelk since taking both opponent forts and finishing 1st part of q is basically 1 day job (for each side)!
And if we can make 1st part no need to push everyone to get 2nd part immediatelly and keep everyone out of bt for 10 or 15 or 20 or w/e days straight.


Like i said before there is no super duper reason not to do this.

It's a good ideia, but I don't believe races can cooperate with each other.

The quest was changed so you can't anymore choose the weapon from quest. My quest changed to this.

I think having the current "non-extend" version is useless. You will not get the follow-up extendable quest without doing the new quest first. I checked with someone and he has a nonextend Laestrygos weapon yet can still acquire the new quest.

Had Athana's Dagger, could take new extendible quest, also had quest where i have to get both elyo forts 30 times. Problem?

As much as I would like the 55 extendible staff, I'm thinking that Gladiators in MR set with 55 extendible spear will be a bit too much.
