Good morning,

I'm playing with a SW staff +10 with 10% 360dmg GS and I'd like to try the Stun GodStone on my future staff. However I have 2 questions about it.

1° Is it true that the GS can proc on UD or Remove shock?
2° Can "soul lock" and "Spiritual crash" proc when stunned by gs?

I can't see anybody playing with this GS, and I think it will be a good GS when 3.0 will come.

The stun last for like 0.000001s, that's why it's bad

Well you can still use it to interupt Clerics and Sorcs I guess.

For your first question im not sure. But I would assume yes... since even knockdowns can happen on a opponent with UD or remove shock on.

Second question... unless you have really low ping you probably can't use those skills on the stun. It really truly is a very short duration.

Paralyze is gonna be alot better for you in 3.0 then stun ever would be.

For godstones most people agree: Para/Silence > Damage > Everything else. Unless your a MBoost class, then damage can be pretty awesome.

I already have the GS, so I will be able to try as soon I will have a new staff.

I have a lannok +10 with silence and sw +10 with dmg.

I'd like to have a third staff for melee/physical dmg. That's why i'd like to try a stun GS. Otherwise it will be a blind GS!

Also, 1 sec is enough to launch soul lock. And my ping is usually between 40 and 50.

OP, please use forum search function. There have been countless of discussions about the ideal gs for chanters, you will find more information (more useful aswell) from those threads than creating a topic now as most of us are just tired of preaching the same shi7 for 2 years over and over again to new players.

hmmm I searched before posting and I can't find an answer to my questions.

I don't ask if I should use the stun GS or not. I'm asking if we can use our skill while GS is procced.
3.0 and remove shock while silenced => silence will not be the op GS anymore!

I'm not even a new player.

ps: but if you'r not a new player, its a bit of a contradiction you wouldn't know what gs to choose since there were alot of discussions in the past, unless ofc you just found out about aionsource then that's a different story altogether, but its a suprise really cuz this forum is one of the first on the list of googlesearch

I know this forum for a long time. I just register for these questions.

I know that Stun GS is not the best. I already have the 2 best :P

I just wanted to know if stun GS activate skills like soul lock and spiritual crush. That's why i'm not sure if I will use blind or stun GS for physical DD.

why would you give your opponent the chance to use remove shock? for some classes, its gg for you.

TTB has mentioned before that stunning someone for 1 second is a)too short b)there are other more usefull gs.

As for proccing our stun skills, yes it does activate it. But gl popping it on time though, alot of players look at their skillbars when they pvp, if you focused hard on their hp and/or your skill chain window it may prove to be more affective but 6% isnt enough for me. I rather socket macc and get to 1.5 1.6k macc and control stun players with ss than rely the gs for the proc.

Control and SS shouldn't be used in the same sentence :P

Yes you can use your stun skills with stun gs... plus most godstones already resist cos of high mres... so the chances of a stun GS landing on a temp/gladi with high mres and UD is highly unlikely silence is not only for remove shock.. it has 1% less proc chance than the stun GS but it lasts 8x longer and it is also an interupt (stops the person being able to cast spells) and blind is also the same (makes players miss although I wish it was bind not blind )

Make a bind godstone only if they make a 1% Phys.Dmg godstone that procs for 7k+ dmg if you have 1k+ atk buffed okay ?

Physical damage godstone. Hit's the target 10 times in one second so with 1k attack it does 10k damage before reduction.

I would get one.
