Maybe it helps in 1vs1 vs sorc / sm or clerc but in open world pvp you'll get raped by any decent sin / ranger / glad / templar.

As an all around set, my opinion is chain with MR/crit >>> cloth MR/crit

I really doubt how Ranger / SIN or Gladiator raped us without their Lockdown , Silence arrow and Runes....


Cloth or Chain set are both good.

Cloth got highest Base MR and extract MB means more DPS.
Chain got a lot more Physical Defense which reduce more Physical damage.

In Cloth, you can sock less MR stones for more Crit / Accuracy or attack. But you got to abandon the Defense.

hell no and even if u had 2k, you'd need 300 more of your enemy accuracy to dodge 30% of the time and trust me, it is rare to see people under 2.1k acc now and even if you find those people, they are either 1)badly gear 2) using an old or ext weapon with no accuracy and will switch to their weapon that has more accuracy 3) derp derpty derp hurr durr nyerking blind godstone proc

why do you think sins don't go with evasion since they can get it very high >.<

I personally like Leather set more than Chain set.


Why?
Because I could get more Evasion! And we got a Skill - Blunting Blow.


Most people do not think Evasion is good...
But Evasion is actually good for against Cleric or maybe low Accuracy Chanter.

It allows you to dodge the most annoying priest skill - Hallow Strike (Which slow down your Attack Speed A LOT)
And you could dodging balaur while farming happily

Well,

Currently using two and half...


50 Elite DPS set (Attack Crit)

55 Cloth 3pieces + leather 2pieces (Crit MR Attack)

55 Leather Accuracy, Crit set.


As you know that We templar can only do Stun, Knockdown, Pull(Slowdown)...
And most of our Debuff is useless since our Low Magical Accuracy and the game system...
So we must have couple set to boost our Basic Stats when we need

well i understand he can some times get a bit obsesive with you (which might be uncalled for)
but you got to admit, the gear you list above is either very case specific (dont know how else to say this)
or could be otherwise improved or is not optimised enough for 1 use.

not talking about gear set for pve ofc. you can preaty much go around with a green shulack set from SR and pve with all the nerfs.

also why is it that ppl still slot atk on their gear? regardless of it being usefull or not in pvp, isn't it time ppl figured out theres better options out there?

but what would i expect from a f2p game... hehehe...
