You just need to create a subscribtion. And after that u can cancel it again.... in like EVERY game..

Yes if you buy the game, youll get 1 month free. However you cant use this free month, unless you buy a new month.

Subscribing with a retail box works like this:

You apply the CD-Key.
You give them your credit card/paypal account to pay for one month.
CD Key is activated with a free month included.
You delete your credit card/paypal payment.

You don't get charged because your subscription starts with the free month. They would take your money only at the end of that month. So you don't pay anything until the end of the free month.

I am still awaiting reply. In case of doubt, you gotta poke NC since it is still their payment case and not ours.
However, I overheard we will compensate with continuous "subscription" like situation and just add a gold pack to the membership. If it is true is another story. I am waiting for confirmation since Monday on this issue so...gonna keep you updated if there is any info.

That's still in discussion.
The gold package will be available via ingame itemshop, buyable via paysafe card, credit card, paypal etc.
Timecards are still an issue but it is addressed.
