In-game purchasing People taking a leaf out of the app markets methods (or is it the other way round). Regardless I hope it is something very easy to ignore Was hoping the cash shop would be on the website.

Whilst I'm here might as well drop a new question:

In what way will CM's be split among the servers? Each server will have 1 or 2 assigned to it or there will be a global pool of available support, language dependent?

Any expectations for cashshop content news? Will be interesting to see how much stuff is equivalent to a gold package. Maybe will be able to buy enough ap for same price n not have to worry about long CD's :p

It is never too late. Also the service gets handed over step by step and thus requires preparations and more. Some things we need to get clarified, some info require more than just "yeah". Basically until the announcement in December, everything was theory and a plan and majority of things are in progress right now. So imagine us in our office, running around like a bunch of mad chickens.

Each community will have one CM. The support and the support pool is completely separate from us.
We are (usually) not doing any support rather taking care of some marketing stuff, promotional work, collecting feedback, communicate between company and the playerbase, maybe do some PR stuff as well, come up with totally random ideas and torture our colleagues with questions the community want answers from.
So basically yeah, taking care of the community.

Yep. And no, you can't trade the currency. It is a value/counter/number in your account. Not an item like the Crucible insignias.

Yep, that's the plan. We're trying to be on par with any other version.

There might be slight delays and clarifications needed but we are trying and will release 3.0 as soon as possible and during the same time NA does. Not sure how long you are waiting for 3.0 since 2.7 got released in October 2011 as far as I can remember. Any dates for 3.0 release in Korea in your mind? I saw a live demonstration of the housings when some of the developers visited our headquarters and in my eyes, it needs some improvements (I've found it pretty laggy) but maybe it was just the terrible connection.

It would help very much, if you could post an updated FAQ on your website. Here in this (and other) threads are tons of usefull information and difficult to access/find.

Are there gonna be greek, italian and spanish servers? Some of the players from those countries are a serious issue on global chat on some servers. For example Telemachus is haunted with greek spam leading to flame wars every single evening. Lately they also got some italian spammers (Cippino, etc) so I guess those people that don't seem to understand how to use custom channels really would need (and love) their own server.

Add hacks to ingame cash shop, 10 Euro's invis hack etc,
You will make enough money to give all other EU players a totally free experience.

Since it was out November 9th, if I remember at worst we were five months behind Korea, so as such I would anticipate it before or on April 9th.

You have 100 mail spaces. Just delete those broker and siege letters in time. Im afraid of more goldseller mails when it goes f2p though.

Oh, and I just wonder if GameForge also bought the hack detection that NcSoft developed some months ago. Players that have been playing at that time might have noticed the ban wave for North American servers. Players on european server were unaffected on that ban wave, NcSoft only used the tool on NA players.

That ofc makes me wonder what GF will do? Will you keep letting people solo raidbosses using exploits like NcSoft did, or do you have any plans to take care of those people? After all this is a serious problem with your business model. Why would people buy a gold account for EUR 10 if they can buy a cheating tool for $5 and solo all bosses on the free account - and get the same rewards as if they played legit on an gold account?

So NC Soft forces us into something we didn't choose? Effects of this can already be seen on my server legions are starting to fall down, friendslist is becoming grey and Dregion quelists can an hour and more.

Personally I will not give my agreement for this kind off stuff. Having a gold membership I could deal with, but having an INGAME SHOP destroying every bit on RPG atmosphere in this game is a no go. Also not interested in stupid kiddies and people who are just there "to check the game".

Instead of leaving the game the way it was, Aion got dumbed down since NC Soft created the bunch known as NC West instead of just localising it.

So the "new Aion" will have a gold membership and a disturbing ingame shop button?

Thanks for betrying everyone who loyally played Aion during the time being NC Soft, you will never get my money again.

No I thought it would be something a company at least giving something about their customers would be doing. Heck, even Mythic did it after they took over from GOA.

Instead of letting us play the game we signed up for they are forcing us into something we didn't sign up for I cant be the only one thinking, thats fail from top to bottom.

People who like east playstyle don't have much and yet the new publishers comes in and talks about dumbing it down even more...jesus.

Will we get an international server, i am personally from Germany and would like to play with me peeps from UK with an acceptable ping? Oh and maybe any informations on an free server/name change for people that got put on a different server due to nc merging servers would be nice.

Can we please get a way to claim the preorder/collectors editon items after the f2p change.

Also you should consider annoucing how we gonna be able to get the veteran acc after the game goes f2p cous you are loosing a bit of money on people that just buy the game from nc soft and a subscription to get the vet acc.

How will the change work, will we have to download the whole client again or will we get a small patch changing ip's for the servers? Becouse i am on DSL light and that would mean downloading for about 68 hours straight for me.
