I am currently collecting them from AS and the official forums. Digging through the threads mainly first and categorizing questions. This will be a huge post *phew*.
Unfortunately it might take a bit more time as planned since I am busy with setting up our (beta) forum in the meantime.

Another question: if you plan on doing your own Veteran rewards (I got it right?) what about the stuff NC was giving with theirs? Emotes, wings, the tickets to expand wh and inventory, etc. Will they be part of "your" Veteran Rewards or are you planning to sell them in the shop? Or you're going to use NC veteran rewards up until month 28 (the current one) and then do your own?

EDIT: Notice that I didn't include the option "sorry, you won't ever get that stuff since you didn't play long enough to get it with NC". I really hope this won't be the case...

Are items from aion magazine like wondergirls emotes gonna be available in a cash shop? I'd personally rather pay 5 euros just for one of the items/emotes/pets than pay for the whole magazine.

Well, they're going away for everybody in NA and the post suggests that they're being taken off of accounts. Which just seems unheard of. BTW - announcement is also up on our news page.

So I guess that's one question that the new Gameforge CM doesn't have to worry about the answer to... last reward is the 25th and then they're toast. So whatever you claim before the switchover is whatever you get.

BlackVelvet, is there a way that we could get reward like 24month was? I mean,i'd really like to get 1 extra row in my inventory; wings would be nice too, but i want that extra space ... I've got 21 months on my account now and i thought i'll have it soon,but seems like my hopes going down...

A few will have the ooportunity to participate, I have some keys in my hand but I will give information soon enough.
Afterwards the boards will be wiped since I abuse my UK board for Beta purposes.

The old Veteran rewards will be taken over and you will still be able to receive them even as Veterans. The current announcement states different or gives room for a lot of misinterpretations but I got information from my higher ups that the old Vet rewards will stay. I am just waiting for technical confirmation.
We will have our own Veteran reward list after the changeover for the new Vet rewards available for the Gold pack.

Not true and I am on it already as this is not confirmed from our side. And yes it looks horrible now as side A states this and side B states that.

The Eternal Daeva reward? Possibly but not set yet. So I can't give you a real answer on this except an expectation I have. The future plan for Vet rewards are not known to me yet so I can't say much.

Ohhhhh yes it looks horrible alright. Looks like NCSoft playing cloak and dagger already with Aion, or prepping it for NCSoft-ran F2P in the states, and as such is trying to kill off any lack of parity beforehand.

I would consider such things above NCSoft, but hey, we're paying for permanent Daru clothing when they gave us temporary ones as event rewards, best thing was that we knew it was coming.

Ok, so let's a make a clear example, something I'd like you to get informations for:

Month 24 of Veteran rewards is clearly one of the most important. Among other stuff, it includes the Lucky Wings, 5 Felicitous Socketing, 1 ticket to expand the cube and another one to expand the warehouse. As you can see it's pretty critical as it means an overall 144 spaces more, across all characters. Some of us (me included) still didn't reach that point and now that GF is taking over we will never be able to.
I can live without the /flirt emotion of the month 21 (though I really wanted it and I still won't get it. I'm hoping for the cash shop at this point), but the cube and wh expansion, those I sort of need it.
So my question is:
NC had a list of veteran rewards, compiled up to month 28. GF will have one of their own. Will you please consider including some of the critical items (like the ones mentioned)? Will they be available through the item shop, if not with the Veteran rewards?
This is pretty important to me, and I hope some of your higher up already thought about it

I wasn't able to review more emails and reply. Mails which came in last week Wednesday are still on my ToDo list.
As stated before, Beta is making us CMs busy as we prepare stuff in the background and still try to answer your questions as fast as possible.
I will reply to the rest this week as fast as I can but the Beta preparations, Social Media and gathering all the questions from AS and the oficial forums for an FAQ have priority at the moment.

@Misty: I will ask our gamedesigners what they have prepared for the Vet rewards in future. I might be able to give a preview but I can't promise anything. I know about the lucky wings, got a friend who received them (that lucky b....). And yeah, I would love to have the other rewards as well. I am sure they will be available sooner or later again. "How?" is of course the bigger question.

Strangely, Gameforge isn't the one that's doing this.

It's NCWest that's removing it. So ummm... yeah.

Since there are alot of people that didn't got the Wings/Inventory/Wh slots of the 24th month yet, and i'm pretty sure that they will get a bit pissed off, even because many other people were able to get them.

Sure, it may be a good economically move from Gameforge to remove what other people already got and put it inside the Cash Shop, but it will just show what most of us already think, they only care about money.

NCWest (read the news article on it for full info) is ending all vet rewards and REMOVING unclaimed rewards from accounts on Feb. 25th. The last reward day ever will be Jan 25th.

Gameforge is NOT responsible for this move.

BlackVelvet has been very nice and is saying that the reward system will be continued for accounts moved over to Gameforge (waiting for clarification about technical details of it though) and then for gold accounts there will be vet rewards beyond that.

Do correct me if I'm wrong please BlackVelvet.
