Well the bonus stats are better, but if you compare the base stats+bonus stats the balic staff is slightly better. But I think that lvl 60 ap staff+this Karum staff is best combo.

How do you get this Karum staff anyways, if its easier to get than Balic staff then its the best staff to go for IMO.

Karum staff you get for karum marks (this weapon cost 1435 of this if i remember well) its new coin items.

You get them from daily quests (and there is alot of them) few of them are even "pvp one". You can get this weapon without any cost (craft balic one i bet will cost alot) but how long take to gather so many marks i don't know.

Oh one more thing Karum mace with shield combo have the highest m.acc bonus in game in 3.0:





Sadly they are only pve weapons.

Indeed he will fuse it under. Anyways the balic staff is nothing special without the bonus stats, its the bonus stats that make this staff imba.

Oh I seriously dont understand why NCSoft gives castspeed maces for Aion 2.7+. Its only 8~9%, if we had 20% like mages then we could consider it, but 8~9%?

I hope there will be a new Tac officer with attackspeed on 3.0 though...

Btw that castspeed mace is total BS, because it gives low castspeed and cleric is attackspeed dependant.
