Yes you can get them first one with 110% speed bonus is rare drop from Rantus Base instance, second one you get for Kahrun marks (or w/e they will call this its a new coin item)

Actually you have to cast them like a teleport scroll, but felt like 2 seconds casttime.

Yeah, but if Cleric pops his Impervious Veil shield, he could use scrolls while under that shield.

Ok Iv got your answer to the music question, here are some screenshots:

Basically what it is is a player app built inn, and it links to some music website called 24hz.com you get to put your own songs but im assuming it cost money which is stupid, but im not 100% sure, you may also be able to just drop music in there.

Notice the icon above my mini map, not sure if people already knew this but that means its a no pvp zone, and theres no guards so im sure you can have asmodians there if they rifted over (this one was in heiron, or however u spell it) but its not likley you can communicate, being that that would greatly encourage ap feeding.

As far as the other questions go, my korean buddy has not been online recently

So basically mounts = even more "chicken run" than PvP(2 sec cast is too less imo)?

Or is it kinda limited in PvP...?

No, because it takes multiple seconds to cast it, it consumes flight time and when you get attacked you get dropped off the mount, afaik

24hz installs itself when you install the game unless you cancel it in Korea. It seemed kinda like Pandora, but it also seemed to have stuff that you paid for so I'm not sure.
