Can someone say where can the game be downloaded, the aionfreetoplay.com isnt working, and cant find the game in gameforge site.....

Ok, suddenly after making this topic the aionfreetoplay.com site is working and im downloading the game.

But I cant seem to login in the website with my ncsoft login, is this normal?

You need your Aion login for that site, not your ncsoft login.
