serious bug in gameforge aion shop

I have avriela in 5 servers. No matter what I select, I always end up with Avriela on server "34" (very enlighting btw to throw an arbitrary number to the user). Already wasted 2 gold packs trying to figure out what is going on.
So if you have several characters with the same name across servers, be careful.
Gameforge has been notified via in game petition and e-mail, no respsonse or acknowledgment.

For anybody else that discovers a bug, please screenshot whatever you can to help QA recreate the situation.

In any case, the shop is behaving kinda randomly right now. Probably best if people avoid buying anything if there are chars with your name on other servers.
Edit: I just tried some experiments with creating and deleting chars to see if I could kick the shop into updating itself. It's now listing the same char multiple times, chars which don't exist on any server and half my alts are missing. This website is totally nerked lol.

So ncsoft would always promise they "are looking into", "it will be fixed soon" and they were fixing things after 6 months if at all.
Gameforge does not tell u anything at all but they seem to fix things faster.
Can't say much changed:)

Security and safe - depends on many things...on a scale from 0-10, I would say we are at a 4-5 atm.
When it comes to security, it often is better to say nothing otherwise you might give a hint how
to abuse a security leak.

So i would like to investigate logs and see what happened with the purchase and my coins lost without getting the Gold pack i purchase.
Keep in mind as i have stated also above that i had 26 active paid days from NCsoft that had to be given to coins so please do not assume that i didnt have any coins at start.

Thank you for taking the time to respond with an idiotic AUTO response.
As i have written on my first communication with you,on 29/02 around
16:00-18:00,i logged in Item Shop and made a Gold Pack purchase
while my account was saying that i have 174 Coins *Prob from the time i have
paid in NCsoft converted to 6 Coins per day*.After my purchase,my coins balance
went down to MINUS 24 (-24) and there have b een already more than 24 hrs
I havent got the item.
So i ask you again cause its your responsibility to search YOUR LOGS:
a)Why i havent got a Gold Pack after 24 hrs since MOST OF THE PLAYERS
in my Server are getting them almost instantly.
b)Why My balance went to MINUS 24 since my account was stating i have 174
and the Gold Pack's value is 99 Coins?Do the maths.
c)Why there wasnt any problem when i purchased 40 Coins and there was
when i tried to buy the Gold pack?
There is no understanding since you didnt get the time to actually check what
happened and sent me the typical Auto response for something that its not in
my powers to see what went wrong.
I m waiting for a personal response from your staff stating what was the course of
my transaction (including answers to my questions) and giving me a valid solution

Just a fyi - I understand that their support system is just being set up and so it may take time to investigate the logs due to support just getting their bearings. I do hope they get your problem figured out soon though!
