Are you... for real? Veshanti? You mean Vasharti. Even Kahrun Tome is better, since it gives 5xx hp instead of 20 crit spell.
Tatar's flawless tome has 5 slots, crazy stats for an ATTK SPEED tome.
Best combine in 3.0 is ap cond 2 weapon fused with tatar's tome. No doubt on that. Vasharti is meh.

anyways what you said was true , you lemon mouth and cotton mouth ( funny names ) were on elite doing your daily in the middle of a high way where ely and asmo zerging each other non stop and your expecting us to say oh look ely who zerg us all day long nah don't atk they are on elite, as for the dp i wanted to test how much dmg i can make on temp but sadly u were almost dead

well afterwards we got zerged again by a near full group of you's but you weren't there if I recall. Don't give a nyerk that you attacked me just wondered why the hell you needed to pull of a shadowburst at a Glad (not a templar.) who is allready at 50%^^

Don`t know usually i don't atk cottonmouth , but we were pissed at zergs so basically we were killing everyone with out reading names ,as for shadowburst i don't think it matters cuz its no longer the highest dmg skill the only reason i can come up with is because i was testing its dmg on u glad/temp i have no other value for dp now a days too lazy to craft
