NCsoft West has determined a better name resolution policy than previously announced for its server merge between Zikel and Vaizel tomorrow. The new policy will basically delete all characters less than level 10 that have been inactive for over a year.

This will lead to fewer naming issues between inactive level 1 characters and active level 55 characters. Additionally, characters and legions may petition to keep their names after the merge. All name appeals will need to be done within the week after the merge and the full details are in the link above.

So make sure to login to any low level characters that you would like to keep today and prepare to potentially put in a character appeal for any name that may have been stolen from you.

lol Ectooo, i wtb any1 who actually acts like customer support should... no replies on tickets for weeks, main site pretty much looks the same in the past 2 weeks. No news, no events, no character check. Nothing. April 10th... the cash is rdy.
