Well if you had taken the time to think about it ...you would actually realize there is no reason for a ban. For that picture to be there it's because the owner, distributed it, hence it became public domain. Also if Gameforge feels like its a violation of the players privacy (for wich they need the original player to complaint formaly) they can remove it themselfs.

Also...Abyss point trading and Platinum medal trading is ILLEGAL by the same terms and conditions ... hence a bannable violation. The person in question still has an active account, so and despite the breaches he has not been banned. . . wich doesn t mean he won t in the future

Actually, it's you that can't read. You can clearly see there are other people in the screenshot, even in his 'damage log' you can see Delhard was using skills on another person in that screenshot. So at the very least it was a 2v1.

Because the original owner of a picture distributed it, doesnt mean he made it public domain (copyright)and everyone can use that picture for anything and esp. not for cyberbullying (havent read the whole topic, but i guess cyberbullying is the case here).
And this way of using a picture can be considered as criminal act (at least in the german law).

But you are right, the original owner of the picture has to make an formal complaint if this violates his privacy.
