Dual wield confusion looking for an explanation of how dual wield stats are calculated

So I've tried dual wield once before, but I switched off it.
I'm back for a 2nd round now though, and for the life of me the way this game is calculating things is confusing me enough that I had to come and make a topic.
So to start, my character's stats with no weapon equipped:
Main hand:
attack 77
accuracy 582
crit strike 68
off hand:
attack 0
accuracy 0
crit strike 0
so I equip a Kaliga's dagger with 2x +10 crit strike and 2x +9 crit strike, since I read that you want crit strike in the main hand.
Main hand:
attack 255
accuracy 1188
crit strike 206
off hand:
attack 0
accuracy 0
crit strike 0
and here's where things start making no sense
so I have 2 weapons, an inferno with 2x +4 crit strike, and 1x +6 crit strike (total 98 crit strike)
and another kaliga dagger with 4x +4 crit strike (total 116 crit strike)
yet my stats end up like this when I equip them
Inferno in offhand:
Main hand:
attack 274
accuracy 1188
crit strike 254
off hand:
attack 250
accuracy 1148
crit strike 204
yet with I equip the other kaliga dagger in place of the inferno in my offhand, I get:
Main hand:
attack 276
accuracy 1188
crit strike 222
off hand:
attack 242
accuracy 1188
crit strike 222
Leading to the complete bewilderment of how equipping a weapon with LESS crit strike in my offhand slot boosts my mainhand crit strike MORE then equipping a weapon with MORE crit strike in my offhand.
Similarly, the Inferno has an attack of 2 more then the Kaliga dagger (131 vs 129), yet the number is reversed when dual wielding (equipping the DAGGER yields the 2 additional attack)
If it somehow could have made a difference, I have adv sword/dagger training 1, 2, and 3.
any insight into this would be appreciated!
cause it's starting to bite making a better weapon only to have it turn out worse overall

Simple:
Each hand's crit is calculated as follows: Weapons Base Crit + All other bonus crit.
When you equip Inferno in your offhand the +34 on the weapon stats and the manastones are being applied to your main hand, aka 48 crit is added to your main hand kaliga dagger from your inferno sword. If you equip the 2nd kaliga dagger in off-hand the 100 base-crit on the dagger wont effect the main-hand crit, so, all you're adding is 4x +4 crit for a total of +16. Then finally as a check: from i'm saying the difference in the numbers should be 48 minus 16 (=32) which is the same as 254 minus 222.
Your Welcome.

You forgot to add that offhand accuracy, parry and crit do absolutely NOTHING in other words completely ignore crit, accuracy and parry stats for offhand (example: you got 10 crit in mainhand and 1000 in offhand, you have 1% chance to crit with all attacks).
