I am able to run skyrim with hd textures at around 50 fps, also tera runs pretty smoothly, it should be more than sufficient for this game, at least i would think. Anyone have any other suggestions, i have looked all over the web and cannot find anything similar.

So i solved the problem, i had settings in the amd catalyst center that where set to override game settings. Set everything to depend on the application and bam perfect picture.
