Hi guys,
I just wanted to know about the blocking mechanic. I tried to look up some stuff but it was all really vague. I think that you can only block with a shield, but what does your actual "block" number do? Is it a fixed %chance depending on your block, or does the accuracy/level of the attacker also help?

Its working like this:
The chance to block depends on your opponents accuracy and your block. Its ("Your Block ratio" - "Your opponents accuracy)/10= percentage block chance.
LEts say your opponent has 2200 Accuracy and you have have 2500 block, then you have 30% chance to block.
Note: there is 50% block cap, so even if you have 100% chance to block a phys attack, its still capped at 50%.
The percentage on your shield is the amount of dammage you block. So if your shield has 60% dammage reduction, then every attack you block will only do 40% dammage.
