As highlighted on the main Curse site, Curse is starting a promotion for Guild Wars 2 Beta Weekend Event 3 keys today. On the 9th of July, 5000 keys will be given out to Premium members and then on the 10th of July the beta keys will be available to all Curse members.

Edit: There are 2 sites with giveaways - one for EU and one for NA. Each site is giving away 25k keys for a total of 50k internationally.
