Nop, it's not a good item to sell, you have to sell items that makes your char stronger and also that you need to use everyday.

That's why they don't sell enchant stone boxes, it's better to let the milk cow farming 10 months, that's 10 months of gold pack and +% loot CS items sold

I am sure the stuff is craftable in 3.0, you can even look up the recipe at aionarmory. Its most likely just a dumbassery on the GF side, those people probably dont even know the scrolls arent available in the 2.7 yet.
