did ted get repooted for spamming? it was pretty normal conversation yesterday. ted doing 1-2 lines then dk retorting with 10 lines.

i did miss the early morning convo if it happened then.

is it perma ban? if so i would like to appeal on behalf of the defendant.

otherwise can you give him max warn for using my sacred username?

i don't think i was doing my usual tl;drs yday in shoutbox at all.


tbh i feel abd about that, i feel like alot of those conversations would be better suited to threads.

but everyone afraid i will mod them in chitchat, and c&m is intimidating to weaker mortals who expect the usual fansite fanboy/hater dichotomy.

Remember that the stuff in shoutbox is on the front page and therefore the rules for how it is used are stricter than what you commonly see in CC and other forums. There was quite a bit of spam in the box when I deleted stuff yesterday. Ted has a temp ban because he appeared to be the main instigator yesterday.

derp forgot about that. i don't think i was going on too mcuh about it though, it was actually more back and forth than usuall iirc.


half the time i'm up there i feel like i should post my repsonses to people or the current subject in it's own thread though.

but i'm definitely the worst offender for flooding. admittedly.

just used to doing this since shoutbox went public.

perhaps i will just start making threads in response to shout box things so i can response more freely without flooding.
