Hello

In a topic i saw at aion forums they speak about a new repeatable quest where you can get "Grogget's tome" attack speed version, suppose that other fabled weapons also. I tried to ask in that topic about it but i need to have a character created in aion US and i don't have one. The topic is this:

Can anyone tell me the quest name, and if possible the pre-requisites? Is it 3.0? I am level 43 and did not find it yet.
