Alternatively do the following@
1) Copy this code (check that the path is correct for your aion directory):
2) Right click on desktop -> New -> New text file
3) Paste the code you copied into the text file
4) Save the file as Aion.bat on your desktop. Make sire you save it as "Aion.bat" and not "Aion.bat.txt" - some people make this mistake
5) Double click the bat file to run 64-bit. If it doesn't work your "C:\Program Files (x86)\Gameforge\AION Free-To-Play\bin64\aion.bin" is incorrect.
I currently use this method to launch Aion and run rainmeter as and when needed. Mikuni's method is also fine though, but I'm guessing being a frenchy you don't use ARM due to your client.
Edit**
At the end of the code I told you to copy there is a small bit saying lang:enu - You might need to work out what the french extension is, probably "fre" or something silimar.
