No. I complained about unjustified forum ban without reason, asking for actual evidence of what I did, after 2 weeks without replies I got some vague response from that german chick on forum CM mentioning some other warning 8 months ago and completely ignoring the current situation; so I replied inquiring about the current ban, then they blocked my support area so they dont have to comply with their business obligations or deal with their nyerkty staff. Ban was over so I pmed makarov about the ban he gave me previously, he replied I insulted some ppl in a locked/archived thread, which was false. I then asked him to show me exactly, and a bit later I was again banned without reply. My thread asking how to contact support was also locked without reply.

I'll be faxing their office on Monday and filing a complaint with European businesses/commerce regulator etc, now beyond the forum bs, they are also removing support to customers for paid services, that's completely a breach of contract and against basic European commerce laws.

Want to hear something funny? I was banned by Seven for 6 days on thursday i believe. I accidentaly went on and typed my user details to forum instead of going in as a guest and I saw an update of my ban, i'll repeat again that I was only banned 2 days ago for 6 days.



Mikuni should we create some emails to like gaming websites who do reports and such about games? I think we need to get attention of someone in aion eu who's higher than BV but there's no way of contacting them

I don't know the exact details you are referring at, but just removing customer support isnt punishable. There isnt really a law stating this, it's up to a company on how they structure it.

However, I dont really know what contract GF gave us lol.

Anyways as for customer support, its nothing but a tool for customer satisfaction and increasing customer life-time value.

Also keep in mind that customer support is an augmented product, some companies only sign a contract for the actual product. Except for that, the company form also plays a role in this.

I am afraid you will not get the answers you are wishing for . Anyways good luck and keep us updated, I will keep an eye on this topic. Its a good thing you atleast try.

In other words:
You are probably busted. Since you still can play the game, but simply do not have access to "additional services that MAY be offered by GF".


You may probably ask a friend if you have a (serious!) problem to make a ticket for you. But I am not sure if that is allowed. (e.g. Blizzard doesn't and will probably close your account if you do try that.) So you should check the Terms of Use closeley for that.

If European Union and/or German rules say otherwise. GF screwed themselfs with these rules. They are not above the law. It would make these rules pointless and tresspassing the law(s).

Exactly. First of, there was no breach of rules from my side. And second, they can't block a user from support over paid online services and goods; it's not an extra service, it's a required service they are obliged to give, you can't sell a service without offering contact/support for it.

I got a mail reply earlier from BV saying she was the one who banned me, without replying to a single thing I exposed, and said she could forward the issue to other "superiors". No reply from volker or koop yet.

If this isn't solved in a couple days I'll send a certified letter to their office then file a complaint with European consumer protection office.

Ofc they are not above the law but these ToS are pretty solid. The only support they have to offer is regarding their shop like you buy something and you didn't receive for example. For the game they don't need to offer any support and they can exclude you whenever they want. The same thing they can close your account whenever they want.

They banned all my accounts including my friend's I was using, for using Battleping which is semi-officially allowed - if I remember correctly, BV said it is allowed to use VPN service like BP as long as it doesn't affect client.

btw, soon enough they'll catch someone with patched language voice pack and will get banned for modification of client files which was approved by CMs as well.

When trying to login to website it says - Login was denied.
But while loging via client it says that I have to login via wesbite and authorize my e-mail....
