Hi, could you add the 24h clock system to profile settings?
For EU it only has GMT+1 AM/PM system, but not the regular used 24H system 0.00-23.59. I know NA doesn't use it, only in the military, science and medics.

Looks like the board software allows it to be changed, but only if it's changed for EVERYBODY (it's a format in a field). Which doesn't seem like a good idea given how confused some people get with 24hr format.

On other forums, there is an option to change it for each indidual user, The Admin can set it like that.
Example the Admin sets in on 2x12h and a user want 24h, the forum keeps it 2x12 only the user sees it 24h, works other way around as well.
2x12h AM/PM is confusing in EU, like 24h is confusing in USA.

my european friends have no issues with am/pm 12 hour format.


we regularly schedule things in that format for online events and they have no problems figuring it out.

Of course there's nothing difficult about it, I personally only have a problem with the difference between 12am and 12pm. Is 12am 0:00 or is 12pm 0:00?

Some...who? Merkans? How can you have problems with that.

Ah nvm i figured it out why...guess 15:00 is hard to translate to 3 p.m. ... I mean, 15 turns to 3 wut magic is this

Personally I have more troubles with timezones, hell, even merkans have like 3-4 of them just for themselves. Add a sprinkle of summer/winter time that is ofc different everywhere and sometimes it's a royal pain to figure what time ppl actually meant even with webz (not to mention some suck even with their own countries time heh).

It's dependent on the board software - if you can show me an ipboard that has it I could potentially try to track down what mod it is that they're using. It's not an option on our board as it is.

i think everyone has that problems sometimes/always with 12 hour clock.


12 pm is lunch time, am is midnight.
