Message for Blackvelvet community manager Aion Europe

I want to get this post done while it is still on my mind.
You have always been truthful and fair with the english EU community so I hope you won't think that what I about to say is any criticism of yourself, although we are aware that you are ultimately responsible for the behavior of the forum mods.
First are foremost you have said yourself recently on german forums that Gameforge unfortunately only have 2 programmers working, one on localisations and the other on all the other delayed tasks such as VR2 or events.
This leaves no capacity to get all Volkers to-do list done which includes things like a starters path to veteran status, website, character transfers, my Aion live etc etc.
So it is perfectly locical for me to constructively suggest in threads like character transfers to hire more staff.
this is being viewed as off-topic by the mod we know is by far the most active banning players from the forum
Recently you have been aware of many complaints against this mod which you have always given your full support, however you are also aware of the importance of being fair to posters and building a growing English community based on trust.
Unfortunately that certain mod recently banned me from the forum by reaction within a minute of posting this:
http://board.en.aion...html#post112446
banned without pre-warning when I said nothing insulting to them or to any staff, I also note that makarov recently singled me out in a thread for starting a rumor which I did not start.

BlackVelvet the community is in shock and decline with these un-fair forum banning tactics so I would ask you to divorse yourself from this mod before it gets any worse.

She's apparently now been infected with the same disease the rest of the brain-damaged staff carry.
Hackforge, go bankrupt already, you give only bad reputation to European tech and videogame companies.

I suppose since they are "big" companies they suffer from the exact same disease all other companys do, maximise profit while minimize the expenses.
They also know they will face ragings and QQ's etc etc, but they KNOW that those ppl eventually will quit and there will still be nyerking ladies of the night's who despite all the hazzle and the kicking down on playerbase, will feed them by buying stuff. Mostly thats ppl who's only light in their irl darkness is a game where they can feel superior and forget all about the horror they face daily

For what I see the chiefs of NCSoft & Gameforge are not only interested in getting Aion players to use the cash shop, they also appear to be doing their best to get them to buy GW2 or other GF /frogster newer titles.
Naturally many players will oblige but ultimately they are not doing their long-term credibility any good by ignoring core Aion fans.
love you sig btw it's really funny, your english is fine

Were supposedly gettin 38 GM's who will look after the game, will they be for only THIS game and not be spread out across others? Will they actually investigate and ban real hackers and not spend their time pissing people off and banning and muting people over one word swears in chat.
Our support team will monitor the game. Not spread out to different games. Just Aion.
We will investigate hackers, botters, cheating in general and more. Of course we need to monitor chat as well, after all there are some rules which need to be followed.
This one is good as well, looks like a cancer.

LOL. Website which still after 9 months doesnt use even basic SSL which costs $10 a year and I could setup in minutes. Their forum is a cheap and buggy $50 piece of nyerk made by some obscure German company that rarely updates or patches any issues. The cookie login issue from back in March is still present, "we are looking into it" my ass. I was even banned for posting asking about it. Have fun when your forum account is stolen (basic SQL injection to unpatched security holes->rainbow tables to decode your password hash, as I very much doubt they salt the passwords). Don't be surprised if they even store account passwords in plain text somewhere.

Their style files suggest they are using an old (unpatched) 2009 release

$50?
With their monthly income I would at least purchase IPBoard.
Their monthly income goes towards their profits - they're trying to minimize costs by blaming their users (who generate said income) for all the mistakes they make.

They got rid of it after only 7 months.
That certain mod is doing more harm than good imo, even if he got paid he is losing GF a lot more.
there is a certain point where an asset becomes a liability, that point has long passed.
