Hey,

So with us finally getting 3.1 and having cheaper 30-40 abyss armor available (YES ARMOR NOT ARMOUR!). I decided to make a ranger twink with full 30 abyss stuff.

So I go from game to the aionshop and start clicking all these nyerk major ancient crowns to be applied into game.. after like 20-30 the site stops working.. I am like mmmmkay.. Lets restart browser.. still not working..

The next day I try again (this being rather late due to some nyerk mt fail) and still no website.. It just keeps timing out as if it doesn't excist!

Now were almost a week further and trying to petition ingame.. I get a nyerk GM who can't open some nice chat window as some of the GM's can do and have a normal coversation with you.. Instead I end up resending petitions to correspond.. as if he's trying to reach his yearly quota.. Ofcourse this resulted into nothing.. he asked me to petition by their nyerk site that doesn't work (sth like go to www.aionfreetoplay.com)..

After some looking I finally get a link that allows me to view the forums and petition part (not that stuff the nyerk gm gave me ofc..), but that doesn't allow me to log into the forums from that point or go to the website.. cause than it times out... So I petition through their special little site...

Still waiting my reply from 3 days ago..

Now I think.. that the website saw my constant apply crown into game button bashing as spam.. cause allowing us to apply em in other ways than 1 by 1 nah.. That would require thinking.. So they can actually see this as some sort of spam and auto ban me from their site for something like this? cause that would be my only explaination for it that I could think of..

I had the same issue - still not fixed.
I contacted support, they forwarded me to send mail to some verify nyerk, they responded that there is nothing to verify and support doesn't answer anymore.

In other words, they don't give a single nyerk or just can't fix it and stay silent about it

Happend to me too.. Kinda spammed the button to recieve all my veteran reward then all of a sudden the site didn't work anymore. (in-game and normal browser)

The next day i tried again no go.. Then i tried with Battleping and the site works. So it seems they ban if you spam the button to fast. GM'S/Forum mods have no idea that's happening lol. I asked on there twitter but they have no clue.

Watch out when you go on the site with a proxy and login cause if it uses diffrent IP's your account gets suspended :-/

Anyway i moved to NA cause the problems EU has and no Fast Server.. It's not worth it :-)

well, officially no one bothered to say that you'll get banned for trying to log on website via proxy...
imo yeah that's what will happen anyway.

Noone knows what happened - imo can ping the website, but ip is still blocked and they give no nyerk for it.

Ncsoft is nyerkty.. what a nyerk company is this..

Got one of my accounts banned now, "use of illegal software". Barrely played the account, no pvp or serious pve on it in the past few weeks.. Tho I did login the site by proxy a few times.. which would be a reason.. But calling it "use of illegal software" is far fetched.. So much fail from gameforge u.u

ofc, u have used illegal browser and connected to website.

Btw, never login on website via proxy, it triggers lock right away.
