Yesterday i write a post on Aion EU forums i don't know how long it will stay there due to how gameforge and the terrable way in which they treat there player base i played EU for 2+ years before o left to NA due to gameforge leave all my EU accounts be hide

anyways yesterday on NA forums i started to get get reply's from someone i believed to be working from NCsoft korea Nyx has said they don't work for Ncsoft but i still not 100% sure on that myself by some of the things the person said i will link the topic and also what was given to me in PM by them and told the to tell the EU players to mess email KR head office.

this is the info i did post on gameforge in the post but it has already been removed it is the contact info for KR korea i hope this helps in some way to you all.

Please try the following:
Send your request through the following forum. Use "Game Customer Service," as this reports it globally to the Korean department.

Alternatively, send mail to:
158-16 NCSOFT R&D Center B/D, Samsung-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea. Address it to "NCSOFT" Customer relations/things. Make sure to include contact information in the mail itself.

Another method is: +82-2-2186-3300 calling the company directly. Use this number if you can call international/pay international.

The more players that can contact KR Ncsoft and tell them what gameforge is doing the better as they will then see for themselves how bad gameforge is as a company and what they are doing to Aion EU and the players base and what they are also doing to NCsoft name as a company.

But we also need a way to get the word out to all the Aion EU player base without numbers contacting ncsoft it will be hard, you can't put the contact information details direct on gameforge or NA forums it's illegal as far as i understand it, but you can put a link to it so you can link this post. as the information how to contract them is above on the post.

So if you know friends that left Aion due to gameforge and you know friends that still play let them know how to do this and give them a link to this post

I don't know how long the link to this post will stay there to this post it seems gameforge 100% does not want players to know the correct way to contract KR korea about the way they are being treated.

Just as a side note - if you're going to go this route, you may want to write formal letter signed by everybody and have it translated into Korean as well as English. Generally speaking, it's probably better than everybody trying to do their own individual thing.

i can write Korean but its not great just very basic so if maybe someone could it would be great i will start to make a letter up now and post here and if then any players want to any anything it could be added. problem will be how can everyone sign it?

But i still think the more emails KR ncsoft gets is better due to them seeing for themselves how many people are so unhappy with the way in which gameforge is doing things.

a very good idea, but still can do it in both ways.

Send one with signed up by everyone, and seperate "spam" individual ones.

As long as some reply with common sense will be send back from them, I'll call it a success.

First good idea I see about this issue. I don't write or speak Korean but one thing is certain. GameForge must be removed from Aion. They are destroying this game day by day. The attitude of their staff reminds me of private Lineage2 servers and it's a shame. GF is aware that European players will play on their servers cuz of the bad ping for pvp on NA servers and they abuse that. On telemachus this morning 3 ppl came with fresh accounts and said they were banned on main accounts without any mail or notification. This people are since the start of Aion on telemachus, they don't hack or bot or anything like that. This stuff must come to an end. I would prefer to see AionEU shut down then have GF for 1 more year publishing this game.

You got the job to write the letter i do try and keep up with Aion EU as much as i can and try and help the player base out i still miss my friends i can see whats going on but really only from the forum side. Yeah, you can do it both ways - you could even make it an open letter to Korea if you want. I'm happy to twitter it to them for instance. The only issue is that if it's not going to be /signed by a good number of people, then they're not going to listen. If they listen at all.

I would offer the help of our translator, but he doesn't write good formal Korean. And that's what you really need for this.

Well the topic did last 24 hours longer then i think it would before it got closed but what in fact about the topic upsets me more then anything else is the fact gameforege is saying KR Korean does not want to know or hear from there customers as Ncsoft still own the game we are still in fact there customers.

Regarding letters and Korea dealing with Gameforge customers - I'm fairly sure the Koreans don't want to ever deal with the Euros. It's kind of not their job, because they're paying Gameforge to do it.

So yes, if you go around Gameforge then Korea won't be happy. But then I think you guys know this...

Oh, and yes, the Koreans do read the forums. We have some of them too.

They need to be responsible for their actions and business choices, even through 3rd party providers of their product. Even more so in this case, where most of us bought an initially different product than what we get today, as the publisher changed, so did the experience and service that we initially purchased when the game was not free.

There is no real point complaining to NCSoft, it was them that didn't want anything to do with us and sold the EU publishing rights to Gameforge in the first place, they even fooled or e-mailed players into transferring here from NA before they announced NA was going F2P themselves.

Nearly everything that needs to be said has been said in the official constructive criticism thread, here on aionsource.com or here GF want income before doing much else.
Seven, BV and the mods are being fed superior b/s or nothing so take what they say with a pinch of salt, the good mods will try to help the community. Seven with all due respect must back off he is making things worse.
Accept it guys or move on.

edit: oh yeah if you want to know where GF went wrong is was by launching Aion F2P with no ip blocks in place and inadequate resources, call that stupid or ignorance, either way it was a BIG mistake that surprised even NCSoft.

It's going to be a slow slow recovery if at all.
